🚨 Second Anniversary Celebration 🚨 We are so excited to have our big 2! We’re having a vintage English Barleywine Horizontal Flight of 3. We will have Flightwave peach brandy ba, maple bourbon ba, and stainless steel aged of the same batch of beer side by side. We will have 2$ off all crowler fills and 10$ selected crowlers. Archive bottles. Plus a chance to try all 4 anniversary beers in a flight. Huge announcements on our Tempe Project as well! Snow Day Release!
We’re open from 12-7 today filling crowlers of some delicious beverages. 10$ fills of 1996! We have “Lose my Number” an American IPA hopped heavily with Citra, El Dorado, Centennial and Cascade. Aroma of dank piney hops, medium bodied, peachy and bitter. Sure to remind you of the hoppy beers of yesterday with a modern twang to it. Come say hi and have a beer! 🍻

🚨 Collaboration Release🚨 new Hazy IPA “Galactic Spirituality” made with and it’s exceeding expectations! We started with Pilsner malt and some fluffy oats. Then we whirlpooled with Nelson, Galaxy, and Citra then we proceeded to dry hop with the same. Green grass aromas with passionfruit and citrus, full bodied with a dry finish. Hoppy and complex with galaxy really shining through. Come say hello! Cheers!

🚨 Commendatore Release🚨 our highly anticipated second anniversary seltzer fermented with grape juice. We used Zinfandel and Sauvignon Blanc juice from northern California’s beautiful wine country. The taste is clean and dry with notes of watermelon and strawberry. Light on the tannins and super drinkable. Very low carb so expect a vinous experience. We also have more of our Chardonnay Pilsner on tap! Also 1996 crowlers for 10$! Come down this weekend and celebrate Arizona Beer Week with some of the most unique offerings in the state. We will have a collaboration tapping tomorrow and this one is in a Galaxy of its own. Keep an eye out on other tappings and specials as we celebrate 2 years in Prescott as well as our 3rd az beer week! Cheers!

Vino Luppolo our first try at a beer wine hybrid and we love it. We start with our Italian Pilsner base. Then during fermentation we added a substantial amount of Chardonnay Juice from beautiful Napa California. After that we wanted to bring son vinous character from dry hops. So we got it with a conservative, for us, amount of dry hops in multiple stages of the beers fermentation. The hops are Nelson and Hallertau Blanc. This beer pays homage to our roots in beer/wine hybrids but also allows us to express some hops in a way not traditionally done. For hopheads and wine drinkers alike. Cheers!
