Fall feeding is usually at a 2:1 ratio two parts, sugar, one part water.
remember your bees need time to process the sugar water or the nectar that they get. It needs to be dehydrate so that it will store for the winter.

One of my hives had a couple extra queen cells that I took out.
So I put the unhatched cells under this cage. They both emerged within ten minutes of each other.
As you can see, there's no immediate fight to the death. In fact, I watched em for over an hour and a half.They came in contact with each other.It was like two kids locked in a car stopped.Touching me.
Eventually, they did do get out, but of course, I didn't get that record. 🙄
