Made PB Cup Cheesecake from for my husband’s birthday weekend. So decadent, rich and absolutely worth the work and waiting for it to chill. May have had some for breakfast.
Couple of changes from the posted recipe: 1) Used regular graham cracker crumbs for the crust, 2) added 2 tbsp PB powder to amp up flavor, 3) baked 1hr 20min and then left in the closed oven (turned off) for 1hr to prevent cracking.
