What does it mean when we say scratch-bakery or fresh deli? It means the items you see at Stokes come from ingredients, not processed packages.

We make things just like Grandma used to...homemade.

If you're buying something from our bakery or deli, know that a real person made it with the freshest, highest quality products we have to offer from our own shelves, just like you buy here for your home.

We're proud of the teams that bring you our Satisfaction Guarantee! From the butcher shop to the deli, from True Value to the bakery, from back-end to front-end, from pharmacy to dairy, and sporting goods to grocery and produce, our goal is to mean what we say when we tell you, "Your satisfaction is guaranteed!"

Welcome to Stokes! 🍎

We've had a few goodbyes recently to some amazing people. How about a howdy to a new one?

🍎 Help us welcome Christie to the Stokes family!

After working in town for a few years, Christie has joined our front-end team as a cashier, and we’re so lucky to have her! Her smile and happy attitude are contagious, and her reason for loving customer service says it all: “I love people!” ❤️

A few fun facts about Christie:
🍩 Donuts are her go-to store treat, and it’s Dr Pepper all the way!
🎣 She loves spending days off with her hubby and fishing.
📺 Heartland is her favorite show.
🏖️ Her dream vacation? Anywhere with a beach!
🍰 She’s team sweet, especially when cheesecake is involved.

Christie says she’s already enjoying the friendly coworkers, meeting new people, and feeling so appreciated. We’re just as happy to have her here!

Stop by, say hello, and help us give Christie a warm Stokes welcome! 🍎🛒
