Carbon County got Shell Shock’ed tonight! 🐢💥 we had so much fun at the monster truck event today.

Those chocolate monster truck tires and our show special, Shell Yeah! were a HIT! And apparently those chocolate tires were not just for the kids, the adults were loving them almost as much as the kids😂

And then there was the moment I got to climb up and sit in the Monster truck.

SHELL YEAH I DID!😂🏁🐢

Our grandson’s reaction to the photos was the best when he said to his momma “Woah... do they own that?!”😂😂

🐢💥 Surprise, Wicked fans!
The event info was just released today, so we can finally tell you that Wicked Kitchen will be joining the monster truck fun this Wednesday at Price Pediatrics and Castle Valley Orthodontics!

And once we found out which truck (Shell Shock’ed) would be there, we knew we had to create a Show special for it. 🐢💚

Introducing Shell Yeah! Mini dessert pancakes buried in chocolate, caramel and Oreo mud, for topped with a little Biscoff crunch and finished with an edible chocolate monster truck tire. A chocolate monster truck tire!!!!

It's chocolatey. It's messy. It's crunchy. And it may have a little turtle-inspired attitude. 😏🐢

Two Turtle Cheesecakes. Two personalities. Same exact recipe. Zero chill. 🐢

One order came in with a request to pile on the whipped cream and decorate it over the top.

The other rolled up like, Drown it in caramel and extra pecans.

Same decadent turtle cheesecake. Two wildly different ways to get dessert. 🤎

You can SEE why Baklava Cheesecake is a fan favorite around here. 😍 She is the most ordered cheesecake I have.

That honey syrup.
Those pistachios.
Those almonds.
That creamy cheesecake.
That free formed phyllo crust, no two are ever the same

Sweet, nutty, buttery, crunchy, creamy and just a little bit over the top.

Basically… it’s a thing. And once you’ve had it, you get it.

Looks like nearly everybody in town has had their fix this week. Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Bread has been ON REPEAT around here, I’m not the only one obsessed with it!

Pumpkiny. Warm fall spices. Just the right little hit of chocolate chips. Yum
