We had a great weekend with our Mac and cheese pulled pork sandwich dinners! Everything on the platters were delicious. We are sad to say that this will be the last weekend of Heller’s BBQ weekly plates☹️. We have not been able to keep enough business, but we appreciate all of our loyal customers! We will be doing catering for bbqs and small events so we are not done for good! We will keep you guys updated for some pop up dinners and such. Thank you all again for your support!

We’re hitting you guys with another great menu! For starters we have your classic pigs in a blanket, but cooked on the smoker. For the entree, we wanted to do a twist on a grilled cheese so how did we make it better? Use pepper jack mac and cheese and top it with pulled pork 😍 served on thick, buttery Texas toast. For those of you who like to stick to the classics, we will be offering our regular pulled pork sandwiches with coleslaw as well!! For sides we have homemade tomato soup 😋, potato salad, and homemade applesauce! To finish off your meal we have peanut butter and jelly pie! Our classic flaky butter crust filled with a chunky peanut butter filling, homemade strawberry jelly topping, and topped with honey roasted peanuts. Call or message us by Friday to pre order! This weeks meals are sure to impress 😁

Not too many pictures from this weeks trays but they looked amazing 😍😍 the bbq chicken flatbread looks amazing! I we especially loved the Brussel sprouts. Perfectly crispy! And man that peach pie is lookin good 😋 stay tuned for next weeks menu!

To start we have delicious garlic knots. Fluffy homemade bread filled with yummy mozzarella cheese covered with garlic butter 😋
For the entree we have BBQ chicken flatbread! Homemade flatbread topped with bbq sauce, smoked chicken, mozzarella cheese, and fresh arugula. A perfect summer lunch
For our sides we have a caprese salad. Fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil with a balsamic dressing. Crispy, seasoned potato wedges. And fresh Brussel sprouts lightly fried to get a nice crisp and drizzled with a delicious balsamic reduction.
This weeks pie is a bourbon peach pie 😍 featuring our flaky butter crust filled with a fresh peach and bourbon filling.
