I have successfully planted 38 onions of both yellow and white varieties, 7 tomatoes of various types such as Roma, cherry, and beefsteak hybrids,big boy, and 10 green beans, which is a reasonable choice considering my fondness for them. And also I have planted a few zucchinis for the purpose of making homemade relish, 4 cucumber plants, and a few carrots. Unfortunately, I accidentally scattered the entire package of bokchoy into the raised bed, so I am keeping my fingers crossed.

I had planned on baking goodies for this weekend, but due to the forecast of nonstop rain all week, I'll postpone it till next weekend again. We still have jams like Strawberry Rhubarb, Blueberry Rhubarb, Bronco Berry, and relishes like Atchara (Papaya Relish) and Zucchini Relish. And dont forget we sell Fresh eggs from our happy chickens. Come by at the Red Farmstand in West St. Princeton .
