Here are some photos of the truck. We haven’t gotten it cleaned out yet so over look all the supplies and “stuff” everything can come with the truck if wanted or we can clean it out so you start fresh.

Fire suppression system was just inspected and certified 10/15/25. The hood exhaust will be cleaned and certified for 6 months before purchase also. We do have a few people in line to see it so showing by appointment only in respect for those trying to start their dream.

With a very sad heart I am making this post. I have absolutely loved every minute I have spent serving our community but sadly this chapter of our life is closing. I have already had two back surgeries this year and after working the truck just one day, I fear I’m headed toward a third. I have never been a good “watcher” I would much rather do. It’s so hard not being able to do the things you love and to daily deal with pain. If something has to give a hobby makes the most sense. When the Lord decides to heal me, I’ll be back. Until then….. anyone want to buy a food truck??

We will be at this event!!! Please come out and see us!! Get your chicken or Philly cheese steak Quesadilla fix!! The truck has been parked since the end of July and I have been craving a fresh prime rib burger!!! Can’t wait!!

We will be ready to serve 3:30-8.

Ticket sales will start Monday 10-20 and will end on Oct 25 at 9 pm. Tickets can be purchased in person in the lobby or if you’d like to purchase with a pay app you can send a Facebook message and we will send pictures of you ticket numbers there after payment is sent! 😀

Hey friends, just a heads up, the truck is taking a time-out till October. I had back surgery in April, got a little too eager and ended up needing another surgery two weeks ago. Let's just say I learned to take it easy the hard way. Looking forward to serving you and myself soon! I need a Philly cheese quesadilla!!! -Tammy

Come see us tomorrow at the back to school event!!! We will not have our steak burgers but come try a chicken or Philly quesadilla!!! They are amazing!! We had grilled chicken bacon ranch sandwiches off the truck for our dinner tonight !! They were so good! We may make them a limited special menu item.

Woowza!!! We are at youth church camp this week and wow!! Absolutely amazing show of support to all the region food truck operators!! These kids can eat!!!

We will be at New lake for another hour. We have sold out of Philly cheese sandwiches but have everything else. Come get an ice cold strawberry or blueberry lemonade boba.

We will be set up at Oakland city new lake Tuesday for lunch 11-2 and Wednesday for dinner 4:30-7 ish. We will have boba!!!
