Bigboy, Romeo, Sporty, and Cenzus enjoying the cooler morning. They will let us know when they are ready to come in and stand in front of their commercial fans for the afternoon. Stay cool everyone! Fall is not that far away😊

Rosie loves Michael! She hardly lets him clean her stall every morning as she pesters him for some lovin’.
She knows he will give it! Thank you, Michael, for help making our retirees days the best days!

It’s a very quiet, foggy morning.

“Hey guys! Look at that horse! He still has to work and we get to live the good life!” These horses are always so fun to watch❤️

We love watching the horses from the porch at coffee break. Cenzus and Sporty enjoy a mutual backscratch while Bigboy happily munches.

Thank you to all who paid the ultimate sacrifice for us.

Fefe, Rosie, Mary, and Promise were very frisky this morning! It didn’t last long and the old girls will probably feel a little sore in the morning from their romp. It is always good to see the retirees enjoying life! We humans are jumping for joy with the arrival of the much needed rain as well!

Happy Mother’s Day to all!
We wanted to share a happy “horse mother” story with you today. Meet Mary, she arrived last August from Texas after weaning her last baby and retiring from being a broodmare. Her condition when she arrived shows how much of herself a mare can give to her foal. It took some time, but we have her back in great shape now.
