Padre's Sauce Padre's Sauce is a unique blend of sweet and spicy ingredients used to enlighten your taste buds for almost any kind of food.

I am Matt Nosko, owner of Padre's Sauce and the saucemeister. I grew up in Northeast Minneapolis and after many years of traveling and living in different parts of the U.S., I bought a small farm in 2012. After a few years of hard work, I made it into a "Kentucky Horse Farm" located in Princeton, MN. Shadow is my first resident purchased in 2015. He is a Friesian-Quarter Horse mix and helped yet a

nother dream come true. I have traveled and lived all over the U.S. and other countries including Europe, Asia and the Americas (North, Central and South). I am also a disabled veteran after serving almost three years in the Marine Corps- one year was spent stationed in Okinawa, Japan. I am a single dad taking care of four children, two children I happily inherited and a set of twins. I spent a solid 15 years experimenting and developing new and unique recipes. Cooking has always been a therapeutic and relaxing activity for me, but also allows me and my kids to sit down during busy times to spend time together and all enjoy a fine, quick and easy meal. Some of my favorite recipes and sauces are still a 'work in progress' and I hope to make them available soon. Padre's Sauce, the original flavor, is an Asian-inspired sauce with a wide-range of versatile uses. It can be used as a glaze, marinade, dipping sauce, sauté, or mixed in as an ingredient to a variety of entrees, side dishes, appetizers or as a dressing. Keep checking the site for new and recommended recipes or use to inspire your own creation. An ordering website is in process of being published, but until then please message me if you want to place an order. A 12oz bottle is $8.00, and a 5 oz bottle is $4.00. Wholesale and bulk prices are available if interested.

I made the major mistake tonight. I decided for a good dinner to do a little chicken teriyaki stir fry with carmelized onion and zucchini over white rice...one of my favorite meals, but decided to try a different teriyaki sauce to measure up the competion...worse mistake I made since I had no back up plan...their sauce was completely inedible. Dumbfounded on how they past any FDA inspections to put in on the shelf. I will not sway away from my own stuff again...I dont need to know my competitors, I know what I have and it is an amazing sauce that is completely versatile. I have some bottles left in inventory, but I will be making another batch soon so I can put my favorite meal on the table once again. Order and pre-order yours at www.padressauce.com
