Idle Hour Farms, located near Princeton, KY has a limited number of pasture raised heritage breed turkeys available for Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Our heritage breed turkeys roam freely on large open certified organic pastures of grasses and clovers. The turkeys are raised from eggs laid on our farm by our hens and bred by our toms. The turkeys we sell have received no medications, no ad

ded hormones of ANY kind, nor have not been exposed to any insecticides, herbicides, or pesticides. Turkeys are processed locally under USDA inspection by a certified organic poultry processor. They are air chilled, vacuum sealed, labeled with weight, price, and are delivered fresh (unfrozen) within hours of processing. Try one this holiday season and enjoy the taste of a REAL turkey.

Good evening our friends. Sorry for the long bout of silence. We have been working hard out here on the farm raising sheep and trying to grow the flock so we can provide more lamb to y’all. Starting on may 7th we will once again be setting up at the Caldwell county Farmers Market every Saturday 8-12 located in the parking lot of Kentucky Farm bureau. We will have our usual selection along with having farm fresh eggs for sale. The rest of the week you can find our lamb at B&H Butcher Block.
