Join us for a laidback and kid friendly family yoga class!
Kids can play in the open play area or join in!

Class begins with brief introductions (so you can meet other local families) followed by some light meditation/deep breathing and gentle yoga. Beginner friendly - Motherhood & Movement will break everything down. It’s ok if you need to pause at any time! Discount available if you sign up for the full 6-week series.
