Another WONDERFUL day for our little side hustle… 😂
From our first boil to our last, we have sold a little over 100 cups of peanuts, with flavors including Cajun, salted, BBQ, and salt and vinegar. Cajun and salted have been our best sellers, but the salt and vinegar have been requested multiple times. Today wraps up our 2025 season, and our 2026 season will start around springtime.
We have greatly enjoyed meeting new people and sharing our love for boiled peanuts with our community. The future for our little peanut stand is most definitely bright and oh sooooo flavorful!

Hmmmm, perfect weather for boiled peanuts…..

📅Sat, Dec. 20

☀Lots of sunshine today and considerably warmer than yesterday. A cold front moves through tonight that mainly brings increasing clouds. This will cool us down a little bit to start Astronomical winter.

🌦A few showers are possible as we head into Christmas week, particularly Monday evening through Tuesday morning. This is expected to be light and won't drop any "gully washing" amounts.

😎🎅The chance of a white Christmas has dropped from 0% to -100%. We are expecting temperatures in the upper 60s to lower 70s for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Santa might be arriving by surfboard instead of his sleigh this year. 😆

Happy Tuesday, yall!
I’m sure most of you have checked out the forecast, but if not, it is not looking like boiled peanuts type of weather. Sure, the spice from the Cajun and the warmth of the salted peanuts would be lovely, but, the rain/snow and cold temperatures that will be coming is the issue. Unless the forecast changes, by Thursday, we will not have peanuts this weekend. I apologize, I soooo wanted to get started, but, it’s just not safe, in many different ways. We will continue to watch the weather, and will update as needed! We will be looking at another weekend, we are hoping to do one more before the New Year, but the weather and Wrestling season will determine that.
Our Lucy isn’t happy about this decision, either!

Yall!!!!!! PRINCETON, KY!!!
Not only did we sale out, and within 2 hours of setting up, we received a 5 star rating from someone who knows and loves boiled peanuts!! Also, we were invited to the Bloomington Speedway and potentially other speedways in Indiana for the upcoming races in 2026!

Also, we know a lot of people did not get peanuts, today. With that being said, I am going to do ONE more sale. Saturday, Nov 29th I will be set up in the same lot with more peanuts!

We truly appreciate our community, and we look forward to seeing you guys next weekend!!!
