Princeville Wine & Spirits Princeville Wine & Spirits is a wine store that specializes in hard to find and premium wine & liquor We are a small store, but we are packed with lots of gems.

Princeville Wine Market is a retail wine store located at the Princeville Center on the North Shore of Kauai. You can shop in person or also shop using our e-commerce website. Our strategy is to carry a little something from all the major wine growing regions in a variety of price points. We have an emphasis on small production wines, but we also carry some familiar brands. In each category of wine we try to have options under $20, mid-range, and in the high end, so whatever the budget you are feeling we should have something interesting for you. Because we are a smaller store, it is always interesting how we go about striking the balance between the known and the obscure. We like to blow the minds of hipster sommeliers now and again, but still be an approachable venue for the general public. Even us hipster sommeliers need a variety of wines in different price points with varying degrees of brand recognition for different occasions. We have also upped our game recently in the craft beer category. We have always carried the popular Hawaiian beers, but we have a nice little rotating collection of seasonal beers from the mainland as well as more traditional European beers. We have your basic liquor needs covered and then we have the some things that you may not expect such as grappa, mezcal, and amaros. We have a nice assortment of super premium sake to go along with your seafood dinners. Mission Statement: Princeville Wine Market aims to improve wine culture on Kauai through a thoughtful selection of products and excellent service.

✨ LOCAL FEATURE: Macadamia Nut Orgeat, grown on the Hamakua Coast of Big Island ✨

“It all started when training with a corporate mixologist who sparked an idea in Founder, Brandon Ventura, by claiming ‘you can turn any nut into orgeat.’ Orgeat is a syrup traditionally made from almonds. It’s the flavor that makes a mai tai, a mai tai. Brandons thoughts drifted to his family’s macadamia nut farm on the Hāmākua Coast and that night he went home to work on the first batch of Macadamia Nut Orgeat. He returned the next day with this local orgeat and after some taste testing, the mixologist and other staff knew he had something good.“

Our last tasting with 'Ohana Beverage Company featured Truchard Vineyards vineyard, a family owned w**ery in Napa, California.

Truchard describes themselves as a “big vineyard with a small w**ery,” selling roughly 80% of their harvested grapes to other premier Napa producers while hand-crafting small lots for their own label.

In our shop we carry their
- Roussanne (stone fruit, melon, minerality)
- Pinot Noir (ripe plum, strawberry, lingering finish)
- Syrah (black cherry, white pepper, mild spice)

We’re ready for Oktoberfest! Try this German b**r brewed according to the German Purity Law. 2 for $6 while supplies last.

The 191st will run from September 19 to October 4th. The opening ceremony includes the traditional keg tapping (“O’zapft is!”) by Munich’s Lord Mayor at noon in the Schottenhamel tent.

Miraval is a celebrated organic w**e estate nestled in a private valley in Correns, France.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie purchased the estate in 2008 and later partnered with the renowned Famille Perrin family of Château de Beaucastel to manage the vineyards and production.

Their ever popular Rosé is a blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, and Rolle.

The estate features a famous recording studio where Pink Floyd recorded their tracks for The Wall!

“Studio by Miraval” is a tribute to them, and is an elevated version of their classic Rosé.

Try it at our shop. Open 10am-7:30pm everyday.
