RECIPE FOR BAKED SWEET 'TATO FRIES

5 sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/4-inch long slices, then 1/4-wide inch strips, using a crinkle cut knife
Olive Oil, for tossing
2 T Rub-1-Out

Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.

Peel & halve the sweet potatoes lengthwise and cut each half into long spears.

Bake for 15 minutes and then turn with a spatula. Bake for another 5 to 10 minutes, until lightly browned.
In a large bowl toss sweet potatoes with just enough oil to coat. Sprinkle with Rub-1-Out.
Spread sweet potatoes on a baking sheet, being sure not to overcrowd. I use an AirBake pan.
Bake for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until sweet potatoes are tender and golden brown.

These are really yummy & a good way to get everyone to eat their veggies =0)
