Strawberry ice creamπŸ“πŸ¨ Made in my KitchenAid that is 31 years old. She works as good as the day we brought her home. I still use her as much as my big stand mixer.

Cheesy Breadsticks..yum!
Here is my recipe:
1 1/8 tsp yeast
1 tsp sugar
3/4 C warm water
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp white vinegar
1 1/2 to 2 C bread flour
3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp melted butter
Minced garlic
Italian seasoning
Cheese of choice

Place pizza stone in oven and preheat to 475.
Combine water, sugar and yeast for 5 minutes
Add flour, oil, salt and vinegar.
Mix until smooth and elastic. Around 8 minutes
Place in oiled bowl and rise one hour.
Roll dough out on parchment paper into a rectangle.
Mix melted butter and garlic. Spread on dough. Italian seasoning next and then cover with cheese.
Place the dough still on the Parchment paper onto the stone in the o en. Be careful. Very hot!!
Bake 10 to 12 minutes.

Whipped up a fresh batch of my homemade Hillbilly Gold BBQ Sauce today. This mustard-based beauty is sweet, tangy, and downright delicious on pulled pork, chicken, ribs, and just about anything that comes off the smoker. πŸ’›πŸ”₯

Opening up this vanilla I made back in January 2024.  They say the longer it sits the better it is.  We shall see.  πŸ˜ƒ
