~ Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake ~

The Crust is made with Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls, I then poured half of my Vanilla Cheesecake Batter in the pan, topped it with Cinnamon Brown Sugar Crumble. I then cut Little Debbie Spinwheels in half and layered the bottom halves onto the Cinnamon Brown Sugar Crumble. Poured the rest of the Cheesecake batter in the pan, followed by another layer of Cinnamon Brown Sugar Crumble.
Finished it up with the top halves of the Spinwheels, drizzled the glaze that came with the Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls, then added some Cinnamon Roll Goldfish.

Today is my granddaughter Xena's 3rd birthday.
When I asked her what kind of cake she wanted she said "donuts, that's what I want". So she is getting a huge donut cake.

The Bottom layer is a Vanilla Cake then a layer of Homemade Lady Fingers soaked in Raspberry Coulis then a layer of Lemon Cheesecake topped with Lemon Whipped Cream and fresh Raspberries.
