We have bacon seeds! 5 girls and 3 boys born last Wednesday to new mama Petunia. She's been a great mom!

In the midst of Mom's diagnosis and the day to day with her treatments, farm life doesn't stop! We've welcomed a few baby goats recently and they sure are cute! We will have several available so please reach out if you're interested. These little cuties are great pets, good for milk and wonderful at keeping the weeds and brush under control!

So we've been busy.... But not your normal kind of farm busy. In the fall mom (also farm management) was diagnosed with stage 4B Sinonasal Undifferentiated Carcinoma. So we've been pulled away from the farm more to focus on her care. She's doing ok considering what she's dealing with! This week is her last full week of Chemo/radiation. Then. We. Wait. Scans will be scheduled to see how the tumor has reacted. The hope is that she'll be able to return to her normal active and ornery self soon. Though we just don't know at this point. Continued thoughts, prayers and love is always welcome. Pic of manager mom being her ornery self 🥰
