Craig's Creek Farm

Craig's Creek Farm Craig's Creek Farm is home to Kentucky Permaculture Center and Indigo Forest Gardens.

The farm has raised pastured beef and chemical-free produce for the last decade, while we have studied permaculture and natural farming techniques. We wish to serve the local area as a demonstration plot for forest garden design, permaculture practice and natural building. We will also focus on seed-saving, plant propagation, and food harvesting, preparation, and preservation. Our new classroom a

nd permitted kitchen facility will be completed by early spring to serve as a regional learning center. Dynamic courses and experiential workshops led by local and nationally-known teachers will be available in topics ranging from Forest Garden Design to Natural Building. This is a local endeavor, not backed by any additional private or public funding, so it is not a large center. We know however, that it can be a great center as we grow connections and discover solutions together.
