Infrastructure improvements are moving right along in Prosper!

Construction continues on Coit Road as crews work toward expanding the roadway into a four-lane divided road with an underground drainage system.

Crews are currently pouring concrete for the northbound lanes, with work expected to continue through October 9. Preparations are also underway for turn lanes and median openings, with additional paving anticipated to begin the week of October 19.

The project is currently expected to be completed in early 2027.

These improvements are part of the Town's ongoing efforts to enhance roadway safety, improve traffic flow and support Prosper's growing community.

Stay up to date on this project and other infrastructure improvements throughout Town at prospertx.gov/projects.

Hey Prosper,
After a long haul, we are less than 24 hours from opening our doors to welcome y'all. On the eve of our 1st day of dinner service in our downstairs dining room and bar, I just wanted to once again thank the many of you in the community (and surrounding communities) for the patience, excitement and support you have extended our family and team.

While tomorrow is Day 1, we are determined to bring this "opening day" energy for decades to come and be a spot you can gather with family/friends/colleagues, celebrate life's special moments, make new connections and just grab a great bite to eat or a tasty beverage on a random Tuesday.

When I go to bed tonight, I will be saying an extra prayer to thank this community for being worth the effort. Prosper and North Texas are truly special places and we are grateful to be here with y'all.

With gratitude, love and prayers,

Jason, Christy & Cambria Young
