Another up-and-at-em early brew day. Trying out a new Pale Ale recipe. Easing into the brew session with some Stan Getz, Joao Gilberto and Astrud Gilberto., followed by some Spyro Gyra, then I'll move into some Velvet Underground - and the song after whch this beer is named.

It's a Brew Day! Woke up early - gray and cold and foggy - decided to start brewing early. So eased into the process with some joyful instrumental music...

The tale starts in San Diego, with a young Noah asking for a guitar after hearing Folsom Prison Blues. A few years later, his younger brother Kai got a drum set, they talked Dad into playing bass – and the band was born. They got pretty good – developing their love of outlaw country, western swing, rockabilly, blues and good ol’ rock & roll. Then they added a gen-u-ine guitar slinger and they’ve been tearing it up ever since. This will be a grand night on the Patio @ WIT Cellars, the music will keep you moving and grooving!
