If you’ve been waiting to secure your seats for our joint Winemaker Dinner next Saturday night, this is your official sign to grab them before they are completely gone! 🍷✨

We are teaming up with Chef Jessie Ayala for Notte Italiana—an exclusive, collaborative 6-course culinary experience hosted live at Ciao Trattoria restaurant in Pasco.

Here is what is waiting for you next Saturday, May 30th at 7:00 PM:

🍷 6 Guided Courses: A masterfully curated Italian menu designed specifically to pair with and elevate our Thurston Wolfe wines.

🍇 Meet the Winemaker: Our Head Winemaker, Wade Wolfe, will be right there at the restaurant with you, sharing the unique stories behind every single pour.

🎶 An Al Fresco Finale: We’re wrapping up the night by stepping into the candlelit alley for a final port-style wine digestivo accompanied by a live street performer.

Because we want to preserve an intimate restaurant dining experience, seating is strictly limited. Once the final tables are claimed, we cannot add more!

We're thrilled to be part of something special coming to Tri Cities.
On Saturday, May 30th, Thurston Wolfe is joining forces with Chef Jessie Ayala and the team at Ciao Trattoria for Notte Italiana — an intimate, six-course Italian winemaker dinner in their alley, paired wine by wine with our wines from start to finish.

The evening begins with a welcoming aperitivo and unfolds slowly, course by course. Every dish was built around the wine it's paired with — so what's on your plate and what's in your glass are actually in conversation with each other all night long.
And when the last course is done, the evening doesn't end. Guests step outside for a digestivo finale — with live music, and the warm open-air feel of an Italian piazza.

Seating is limited and going fast.
