Wautoma Springs

Wautoma Springs A collaboration between a vineyard owner and winemaker resulted in Wautoma Springs winery. The resulting wine is supple, round and ripe and powerful.

Winemaker, Jessica Munnell, and vineyard owner, Tom Merkle, partnered together to create Wautoma Wines. Our first release is our outstanding red blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon from our estate Wautoma Springs vineyard and 40% Malbec from the renowned Stone Tree vineyard on the Wahluke Slope. We began making this wine by handpicking the grapes followed by gentle destemming resulting in a whole berr

y fermentation. The small lot fermentation was punched down 2 to 3 times daily to gently extract the inky black color and robust structured tannins. We hope you enjoy our wine and we look forward to sharing many more vintages with you.

Happy Pride Month!

We're partnering with businesses up and down the I-82 corridor to celebrate community and acceptance with Rainbow Road for the entire month. We've loaded up our gift table in rainbow theme, have some pride-specific items, and a special on our summer sangria when you mention Rainbow Road. It's also a great time to buy a bottle of our Albarino, Grenache blanc, and Chardonnay to take home your own rainbow!

We got a restock on Mayana Chocolates (including some new, amazing flavors), a restock with our only local Cheese producer - Oliver Family Creamery, and some new tins and chocolates!

Come in and check them out, and taste some of our amazing wine while you're at it.

NEW PRODUCTS ARE IN! Our shelfs are finally (almost) restocked! We've got some super fun new products to try - including Japanese Mayo with wasabi, new tins, and new sauces. Come in and check out all these goodies - might need them for your weekend bbq plans! Level up that grill game, we say.

Coolio (our fridge) is STACKED. We have lots of interesting finds, including delicious pâté, anchovies, and cheeses. We also have a NEW BUTTER BRAND. This butter from Belgium is wonderful - churned with sea salt. You'll have to compare it to our regular butter and decide which one you like better!

And a few of you came in looking for the Tangerine-Chili Olives; they're back!

Come in, do some shopping and taste some lovely wine while you're at it!

NEW RELEASE & Girl Dinner Suggestion

2024 Grenache blanc is released for all! This beautiful wine has a lush, medium body with a bright, clean finish. Flavors of Korean melon, nectarine, and white tea.

We love this gal with spice - so we suggest a bag of these Keys Bombay Spice Potato Chips, Berthe Sardines and for dessert, jcoco Cayenne Veracruz. Makes the perfect solo dinner.
