On Saturday, August 29th, we invite you to an intimate evening celebrating the extraordinary bounty of Washington State through five meticulously crafted courses and five perfectly paired Enodav w**es.

Throughout the evening, Chef Khalid Assemat will showcase the finest ingredients from our region while I guide you through each pairing, sharing the stories behind every w**e, every vineyard, and every vintage.

This is more than a w**e dinner.
