On Saturday, August 29th, we invite you to an intimate evening celebrating the extraordinary bounty of Washington State through five meticulously crafted courses and five perfectly paired Enodav wines.

Throughout the evening, Chef Khalid Assemat will showcase the finest ingredients from our region while I guide you through each pairing, sharing the stories behind every wine, every vineyard, and every vintage.

This is more than a wine dinner.
