We’re rolling out our version of Red Wine & Chocolate at ENODAV from February 13 to 15 as part of Yakima Valley’s Presidents Day weekend celebration.
Expect bold reds from our collection paired with something a little unexpected. Mole sopes.
Mole is one of Mexico’s most iconic traditional sauces, layered with chiles, spices, and a touch of chocolate for depth and richness.
We’re serving it over house made sopes for a pairing that is savory, soulful, and just indulgent enough.
Think velvet tannins, bittersweet notes, warm spice, and the kind of weekend that lingers.
Join us at ENODAV and taste red wine and chocolate the way we do it.
