STAFF SPOTLIGHT SUNDAY!!!
Say hello to Evening (who goes by Evie)! Evie does double duty as both beertender and events coordinator. You can catch her behind the bar on Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. Today, we’re celebrating her birthday in the taproom when we open to the public at 4! (We’re also celebrating John’s birthday as well! What a day!)
Evie answered the following questions so you could learn even more about her:
1.) What was the last movie you watched, and how many stars out of 5 would you give it?
Evie: Pride and Prejudice (2005). This movie is very important to me. The yearning! The romance! The slow burn! 5/5
2.) Tell us a little about the degree you received this year.
Evie: I received my MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling this summer. Therapy is important! Let me know if you want a referral.
3.) If you could only eat one appetizer for the rest of your life, what would you choose?
Evie: Does a cheese board count?
4.) Of the Buttonwoods beers currently on draft, which are you pouring the most for yourself?
Evie: Peach Popper! Hot girl summer isn’t over yet!
5.) Have you picked up any new hobbies recently?
Evie: Not necessarily new, but I have picked up knitting again. Specifically for my unborn niece or nephew that is due in a few months.
6.) What is your dog’s name, and do you have any nicknames for her?
Evie: Bucket! Bean/beans/beanie, baby girl/babe, sweetheart, pickle pie, little freak. The list could go on.
7.) Favorite spot to hang out in Providence other than Buttonwoods?
Evie: We are creatures of habit. Deadbeats will always end up on this list. Close second is The Wild Colonial Tavern on a slow night when you and your girlfriends don’t have to share the pool table.
