I survived the blizzard of 2026! And after 3 days of being trapped in my apartment, I was finally able to get to the shop for a final count of inventory. This is the last time I will be restocking inventory. Once it’s gone, so am I. Thank you again for 7 years💚

Blizzard is coming tonight, but we’re still on for Day 2 today! This will be my last event EVER. I will restock some products online tonight and try to have an accurate number of products on the site by Wednesday. Depending on how soon the streets are cleared.

After almost 7 years, it’s time to say goodbye. Unfortunately after about a year and a half of decreased sales, I can no longer continue the business. I launched The Black Leaf Tea & Culture Shop April 11, 2019 as an e-commerce business. I wanted to share my love for flavor and community. I hosted community events like Young Black Professionals Mixers and a conversation series called Tea Talks. I gained national attention from the Jennifer Hudson Show, Vogue Magazine, and Essence Magazine. Even a national award, the Heinz Black Kitchen Initiative for Black restaurants that amplify excellence and community impact.

Thank you all for 7 years. Continue to do good and be good to your communities 💚
