Doubles are the ultimate Trinidadian street food with deep roots and bold flavor. Originally introduced by Indian laborers in Trinidad, doubles have become a staple across the Caribbean.

Owner of Caribbean Soul LLC Sunny, serves this handheld classic the authentic way: soft, golden fried dough (think savory doughboys without the sugar) topped with curried chickpeas called chana. You can make it sweet ir spicy with our house-made chutneys and sauces, including:

🌿 Cilantro Chutney
🔥 Hot Pepper Sauce
🥭 Mango Chutney
🍯 Tamarind Chutney
🥒 Cucumber Chutney

All crafted in-house, using ingredients sourced from local farmers.
