Hi ! I’ve gotten lots of orders from you, thanks so much for the support! We appreciate it more than you know! I had a few really good questions that I thought would be worth posting more info. The timeframe of meat won’t be until the fall (October/November). Hopefully that gives you time to clear your freezer a little in preparation! 😉 We ask for a count now so that we make enough appointments for cows to be slaughtered. Believe it or not, it’s very hard to get on the schedule unless you call the first day of scheduling. So it’s really crucial we get all orders in ASAP! Hi ! Thanks a million for following! We appreciate the support. Over the last few years we have had more and more people show interest in wanting meat and it has turned into a bigger operation than we could have imagined when we first started.

Lots of you are return customers and we are so grateful you liked the meat enough to come back! For any new friends here, we raise angus steers and grass feed then grain finish to achieve the highest quality meat possible. We sell in the fall, but every spring we try to get an idea of who wants meat and how much. We sell meat by the cow. You are welcome to buy a whole cow, a half cow, or a quarter cow. I attached a bit more information regarding poundage to this post. Please bear in mind every cow is different and these are rough estimates of poundage. Please comment below how much meat you’d like. Any of you wanting to know more about shipping, please reach out to me directly!
