Hi friends & family! It’s that time of year again! 🎉
We want to be upfront and transparent with you—this year, the cost of raising cattle has increased significantly. Between higher grain and feed prices and overall rising expenses, the cost to produce quality beef has gone up in ways we haven’t seen before.
As a result, we do need to adjust our pricing to reflect these changes. As always, prices can fluctuate from year to year, and we’ve worked hard to keep any increases as reasonable as possible while continuing to provide the quality and care you expect from us.
At this time, we anticipate the cost to be around $7.00–$8.50 per pound. Just as a reminder, this is the price per pound regardless of the cut.
With that in mind, we’d love to get a sense of interest this year. We completely understand that higher prices may not fit everyone’s budget, and we want to plan accordingly to ensure we have enough cattle for those who are interested. If you are, please let us know as soon as you can!
