The Tahitians are amazing for extract! 😍I bought a BUNCH of beans at amazing prices (usually running $7-$15/bean!) so I'm sharing with friends and family! Because I'm not selling to make a profit, I will ask you to pay your shipping, but the plus side is beans are super light and can usually be sent in an envelope, not a box. Wins all around! If you start your extract next week, it will be ready just in time for holiday baking.

I've been out with the flu this week, but things are still moving forward! In case you missed it:

We added a Salt and Pepper subscription!! I wish you guys could see how excited I am for this--but there is NO WAY I'm doing a video 5 days into the flu!! You'll just have to imagine my excitement.

I love pepper. It's one of my favorite spices. Perhaps even THE favorite. And salt is just fascinating. And the are paired together almost always, so we may as well keep it that way.

There is such a variety of flavor in various salts from around the world, and there are more kinds of pepper and nearly-pepper than you can shake a stick at. Each one has it's uses, and I'm very, VERY excited to take this journey and move forward with you.
