Still working on my French macaron flavors! Here, we have traditional Cookies & Cream, as well as Golden Cookies & Cream! These are both made with a white chocolate base for the ganache, which is filled with GF Oreos and GF Golden Oreos, respectively. After being filled, they are then dipped in white chocolate and coated in more Oreo crumbs!

When it comes to different fruits "and cream," one of my favorites has always been Strawberries and Cream!

This macaron is filled with strawberry ganache made with strawberry preserves, Callebaut Belgian white chocolate, and vanilla bean paste to add more of that creamy flavor!

I got to do a larger order of cookies for a "Yeti Spaghetti" theme! This set was pretty fun to do! I also got to turn a cookie cutter shape into something completely different! Can you guess what the shape was originally intended for that I used for the yeti?!
