When it comes to different fruits "and cream," one of my favorites has always been Strawberries and Cream!

This macaron is filled with strawberry ganache made with strawberry preserves, Callebaut Belgian white chocolate, and vanilla bean paste to add more of that creamy flavor!

Got to do a couple of birthday cakes for some friend's kids! One wanted red velvet with simple Halloween theme, the other wanted carrot cake with a galaxy theme! Let me tell you... decorating with cream cheese frosting is not the easiest, but I think these came out pretty good!

I decided to take more mini cupcakes to work today for the crew as a surprise reward for doing a great job last Thursday with all the setbacks we had.

This time, I made almond flavored cake with vanilla American buttercream, topped with a dark sweet cherry. I added some cherry syrup to the center of the buttercream before adding the cherry for extra flavor. All three components (cake, frosting, and cherry topping) are all from scratch, per usual.

These, and the chocolate on chocolate minis I took in last time, went over so well, I am thinking about having a flash sale for locals, offering BYO (build your own) mini cupcake dozen, with choices of 4-6 flavor combinations.

Had a request for these absolutely delicious (if I do say so myself) triple berry sugar cookies! I had made these for them before, but they aren't listed on my menu, so when I asked what they wanted me to bake them this time, I was told, "Those triple berry cookies, bro.... those were sooo goood."

So, here they are! I do not use any dye in them, just freeze dried triple berry mix of blueberries, raspberries, and mulberries which gives it that natural color! The texture is crunchy around the perimeter but soft and chewy in the middle!

Got an order for 2 dozen cookies, "nothing special." I decided to use this total freedom of design to do a baking themed set just for fun, but also to use to show more designs to all of you!
My two favorite are the mini chocolate chip cookie trays and the wedding cake cookies! Minis are obviously adorable in general... but the wedding cake cookies can be an amazing gift for a wedding shower, at each place setting, or specifically to the wedding party for a special touch!
