Hey BBQ fans, here is our schedule for this week.
Thursday September 24th at The Steel Mill from 11-1 - not open to the public

Friday September 25th closed for a private event

Saturday September 26th
Car show at the Pueblo State Fair grounds from 11-6

Sunday September 27th Pueblo Motorsports Park - PMP for the Rock Mountain Riders Association Motorcross Championship from 6:30 -2

We will have our award winning green chile on the truck this week, offering sloppers, plus all the usual menu items.

Hey BBQ fans, we have had an extremely crazy busy and blessed week.
1100 boxed lunches
450 onsight
250 Governors Table
80 onsight
Our crew and smoker have run nonstop for 10 days.
We are taking a quick break but will be back out to the public September 10th and 11th.

Thank you so much to the companies that entrusted us to celebrate major milestones and the employees that keep them running.

We are sincerely grateful for the opportunity to be apart of it all.

Thank you to my amazing family and team for keeping the wheels on the track, we couldn't do this without you!!!

The Governor’s Table is part of 150 Tables Across Colorado, celebrating 150 years of Colorado agriculture, community, and connection. Because when we share a meal, we make room for stories, neighbors, and a stronger Colorado.
