This September 1, we’re bringing the best of Colorado together at the Governor’s Table at the Colorado State Fair in Pueblo.

From the farmers and ranchers who grow and raise our food to the producers, chefs, and local businesses who turn Colorado ingredients into something delicious, this meal is a celebration of the people who make our state so special.

We’re excited to welcome Colorado Proud members, Polar Bros. Nitro Ice Cream and Double D's BBQ Shack to the table! They’ll be serving up even more Colorado flavor and showcasing the incredible local businesses that help make our state’s food community so special.

The Governor’s Table is part of 150 Tables Across Colorado, celebrating 150 years of Colorado agriculture, community, and connection. Because when we share a meal, we make room for stories, neighbors, and a stronger Colorado.

Hey BBQ fans, we are back out to the public 2 days this week

Thursday August 27th 11-1

Saturday August 29th from 7:30am -noon

We have smoked chicken thighs, peach cobbler, nachos, elote bowls,loaded sweet potatoes and all the usual menu items

Hey BBQ fans, in February of this year I started another culinary journey to get my culinary degree from Escoffier. I have completed my spring and Summer semester and have made The Presidents list both semesters with a 99% in culinary arts and 97 in food service management. I am so excited to keep working towards my degree and bringing you all new and exciting dishes to our already amazing menu.
