Identify the source of the leak. Is the leak originating from the seam between the two chambers or from the spigot? What tips would you give someone new to water filtration?

+ Foundation Filters should be replaced every 12 months. Filter lifespan can vary.
+Only fill the upper chamber when the lower chamber is empty. This prevents leaking from the middle.
+ When installing the Foundation Filters MAKE SURE the washer is on the inside of the upper chamber.
+ Filtering speed varies. On average it should filter one gallon per hour.
+ Clean the filters every 3-6 months. Do NOT use soap!
+ Clean the stainless steel parts and pieces every month.
