The chicks are upgrading! Now they get lots of room to get big before they go out with the big chickens!

I also got the big chickens all banded so we can tell the new batch from the old!

I'm feeling pretty accomplished lately!!~

My big chicks and my littler chicks are out in the run together and doing great!

Now the only babies we have are 4 Starlights(green egg layers) and 3 turkens (Dad thinks they're ugly cute) they're in with my injured Black Pearl chick since she's like triple the size and can't peck at where her injury is cause they're too tiny lol

4 male turkeys up for discussion! Got too many males, around 8 weeks old is what I'm guessing.

Alright everyone, my straight run of turkeys came out to FIVE males and one hen it looks like.

So I'm in the market to sell some of the males OR trade for female hens around the same ages.

All feathered, off the heat plate, and overall pretty friendly with me minus still being skittish when you go after them lol

It took all of Sunday, but we finally got the big babies set up in their outdoor growout pen and the smaller babies in the outdoor brooder :) I'm feeling accomplished, that's for sure!~
