EVERYONE WANTING A FARM, this one is for sale. And it has a brand new house on it over 3200 sq. ft. and a historic farm house that used to be a log cabin 150 years ago. Barns, paddocks, fences everywhere, woods with trails, springs, a well, county water, quiet, level country farm. 20 minutes from Pulaski and Lawrenceburg (and UT). Neighbors have been there forever. The owner's house they did not move into until 2024 - it was custom designed to be their retirement house. Owning a business other than the farm though for 30 years caused this wonderful location to be just a little bit too far from all of our customers so we had no choice but to move eastward.
