I get asked ALL the time… “So what actually goes into making sourdough?”

Well, here’s a little behind-the-scenes glimpse of the process!

This is just a peek at making 5 regular loaves and there’s a LOT more steps after this….

Feeding starter, mixing, stretching, folding, fermenting, shaping, chilling, scoring, baking… and then doing it all over again. 😜

Sourdough is definitely a labor of love around here!
