✨ PROJECT WONDER IS STARTING TO COME TO LIFE! ✨

The path has been cleared… and now the sets are starting to move into place.

What was once just woods is slowly becoming something completely different.

Hidden paths. Interactive adventures. Mysterious places to discover. Physical sets mixed with technology, games, and a whole world of stories.

There is still a LOT of work ahead, but this is the fun part — Project Wonder is officially starting to take shape.

So yeah… apparently when you move a business in ONE WEEK, reopen everything, and then immediately throw Peach Fest, you’re going to forget something. 😂

And we forgot a pretty important one…

UPDATING OUR HOURS ONLINE. 🤦‍♂️

I think I finally got them updated everywhere now. But it probably helps when we’re open if we actually tell people WE’RE OPEN!

So here are the NEW HOURS for Nova Cellars, Brew 32, Pulse Coffee & Fractured Grape:

☕🍷🍺 NEW HOURS

Monday: CLOSED
Tuesday: CLOSED
Wednesday: 7 AM – 9 PM
Thursday: 7 AM – 9 PM
Friday: 7 AM – 10 PM
Saturday: 8 AM – 10 PM
Sunday: 8 AM – 6 PM

Yep — that means coffee at 7 AM Wednesday through Friday, and you can hang out all the way through the evening for wine, beer, food and everything else.

Saturday and Sunday we’ll see you starting at 8 AM!

Moving Fractured Grape and Pulse, getting everything reopened, and then rolling straight into Peach Fest was apparently enough chaos that updating Google and Facebook fell through the cracks.

But we’re here. We’re open. And now hopefully the internet knows it too.

Sunday morning after Peach Fest.

Coffee by the pond, watching the fountains, and finally getting a chance to slow down for a minute.

I keep thinking the same thing…

We should have moved Pulse Coffee here years ago.

There’s just something different about starting the morning out here. Coffee, the pond, the playgrounds, the winery, brewery, cidery and everything else we’ve been working to bring together in one place.

And after yesterday, I definitely needed a quiet morning.

THANK YOU to everyone who came out for Peach Fest yesterday! 🍑

Peach Fest more than doubled from last year, and seeing that kind of growth is incredible — but it also comes with some growing pains.

For several of our employees, yesterday was literally their first day. Talk about getting thrown right into the fire! They worked through huge crowds, long lines, equipment issues and a very busy afternoon, and I’m proud of how our entire team handled it.

And thank you to our customers for your patience, feedback and continued support as we grow.

We’re a family-run business. My kids and I are right there working these festivals alongside our employees. We see what works, we see what doesn’t, and every event gives us another opportunity to get better.

Yesterday was a BIG day for Nova.

This morning, though?

I’m going to sit by the pond, drink my Pulse coffee, and enjoy this view for a few minutes. ☕️

Then we get back to work.
