Ok Butterfly 🦋 friends ‼️ We are excited to share our new menu!!! I hope this menu will be sure to please your taste buds!!!! This will be our featured menu for the upcoming event this Friday, May 29th we will be located on Main Street Gouverneur!!! Beacon eye care center next to the American legion! Come out & try one of our fresh delicious choices!!!! 11-6 PM. Your patience is always appreciated as we navigate this new adventure!!! We will be posting our future dates & locations soon!!!! Goodmorning Butterfly friends!!!

We are looking forward to a beautiful day!! Work continues on our new concession trailer!! Yesterday we had an AC installed which will definitely make life much easier for us!! We are looking forward to the trailer getting our advertising wrap done soon!!

We have been working on lining up some events. We do look forward to the opportunity be set up at the Boylston snowmobile club on June 1st… we will continue tentatively to be there on Mondays biweekly from 4-7pm throughout the summer for their scheduled car shows. June 6 you will find us in Watertown at the State Street market! We also would like to announce our trailer will be joining the Wesleyan Church Treasures in the park in sandy Creek beginning June 11. Another exciting event coming is the Oswego County Fair on July 1-5 in sandy creek!!!! Our Brennan Beach dates are June 27 & July 25..

We do look forward to offering a variety of great foods!!! We are currently working on our menu as we want to offer a selection sure to please everyone!! We are very excited & look forwards to this summer!!!!

We are currently working on our menu with the help of our wonderful friends out there with some great suggestions!!! We will be launching it as soon as we finalize!! This menu will definitely inspire those of all tastes!!

We will have from your traditional Hoffman hotdog 🌭 , Tasty chuck beef smash burgers 🍔 , Ruby’s famous Ribeye steak 🥩 HOAGIE on the freshest buns around made by Alteri Bakery in Watertown!!! FRESH SALADS 🥗 to include loaded potato, chef salad as well as antipasto salad!!!!! Fresh Fruit Cups!!!!🍉🍈🫐

Of course we are going to offer our fresh squeezed lemonade 🍋 with your favorite flavors 🍓 added as well as BOBBA’s per request!!!! COLD ice tea, soda & water!!!

We would like menu suggestions!! We are considering added wraps, loaded nachos.. burgers.. this would be along side the cold delicious Kaiser roll sandwiches!!!!! We do not want fried foods.. we want input!!
