Sugarcane crop is looking good. We are on schedule for cuttings to start shipping in September. We grow premium sugarcane varieties for propogation. We will also have sugar starter plants available for the popular varieties.

Mombassa grass is a true powerhouse for regenerative agriculture growers. This grass has multiple use cases in your garden or farm. First, its high in protein which is great cut and carry feed for livestock. Sheep goats cows etc. second it makes a great chop and drop plant for mulching and biomass creation as it grows great in tropical regions quickly. Notice the beautiful w**d suppression it provides when laid down in a cross hatch pattern. Third it holds soil on slopes in place and creates great borders and helps with erosion. Its a tropical grass and responds well to heat and humidity but also cold hardy to zone 9a.It recently got in the lower 20s here and it all regrew as seen in the pictures. Back by popular demand! Small batch ‘purple ribbon’ sugar cane syrup available. Only 20 bottles. We juiced up the remainder of the cane as we had to harvest it all for the freezing weather. This is the ‘Cadillac of cane syrup’ goes great on waffle, biscuits, pancakes, mix it in your cocktails or add it to tea or coffee. A lot of love goes into each bottle and we hope you can try one!

The record cold event hit our farm hard this year, Its looking like a full reset. Mother Nature is powerful and must be respected. It will give us a chance to rebuild the farm even stronger but it will take time. We have a long hard road ahead of us and unfortunately wont have very many tree fruits for sale for some time. We will start to use this page to make more farm updates and showcase products we have available.

We are currently harvesting all our sugarcane for juice, the cuttings and plant sales will start again around September this year when we have a new crop. We have sugarcane juice available limited time for local sales. We also are fresh freezing 16 oz bottles and those are availble year round you can bring a cooler and take some home.
