What better day than national dachshund day to announce Bobbie and Artie's upcoming litter! Thats right, Bobbie and her new friend Artie had a very successful date this past week. If all goes well we will be welcoming a litter of AKC Dachshunds this august! Since the parents are genetically ee cream and ee red, and one parent is a piebald and the other carries the piebald gene, the puppies will be cream or red with a 50% chance of also being piebald! They will all be long-haired as well. Who can resist a "miniature golden retriever" looking dachshund?!
