We have peppers!!! We're not sure about the weather for a market tomorrow, but message us if you want to stop by for some of these beauties!! We also have some Sungold tomatoes, garlic, fermented pickles, and of course a whole bunch of hot sauce!!

It might be freezing outside with a foot of snow in the forecast for this coming weekend but there is still plenty of work to be done around the farm in our "down time". Today we ground some dried chilis to use as seasoning and then harvested some fresh horseradish and pickled it. We recently got a Mill composer for the kitchen and were excited to empty our first bin of compost into the bed in the Tranquility garden!!! Season 2026 here we come!
