Friends,
We have a good collection of beef soup bones. We also have some “unconventional” beef cuts - liver, heart, tongue. Please reach out (comment or message) if you would be interested in those.

This is a triplet baby lamb, one of three born to an ewe 2 weeks ago. She couldn't feed all three, so we've been bottle feeding this little one and she's doing great! Interesting thing, she never grew an attachment to her mom so she has "imprinted" on us, and she will follow us wherever we go, more pictures to come...

The chickens are mobile! This winter we converted an old silage wagon into a chicken coop that can rotate around the fields. The chickens get fresh grass and fertilize the pastures.

The ground is waking up, and so are we. The greenhouse is filling up with vegetable seedlings; starting to sprout. Ranunculus flowers are the first thing in the ground. We are *growing* excited for all that the warmth will bring to the Fort Bacon Farm stand. See you soon.

Our farm stand is stocked with eggs, sausage, bacon, roasts, and more! It is a great time to shop your local farm stands.

Fort Bacon Farm has welcomed a special calf on the farm! The new mama, Bubbles, wasn't accepted by her mother as a baby and had to be hand-reared. Now she's thriving as a new mom to this little one, who wears some of the same white markings as Bubbles herself. 🐄💝
