We’re working on a little bit of everything this week! Today we installed rubber slides on a horse trailer’s stall dividers to help keep things moving smoothly and make hauling a little easier on the horses. We also gave this Craftsman snowblower some attention with a carburetor cleaning and oil change. Even though we’re still enjoying summer, winter has a way of sneaking up on us!

The kids are back at school today and we’re back out on the road! Today was the day for tire changes. We changed the tubes in the back tires on this mower, and then headed to Thompson to fix the front tires on another mower.

Just another day at Paradise Farm Small Engine Repair! Between the equipment coming in, equipment going out, customer calls, parts runs, and everything happening behind the scenes, there’s never a dull moment around here!

Some days are smooth sailing… and some days involve kids getting sent home from school unexpectedly after standing in the rain due to a fire alarm.

Small business, family, and farm life — it’s all happening at once! And we wouldn’t trade it! One of the best parts of owning our own business is having the flexibility to be there for our kids when they need us. Today was definitely one of those days.

We started Monday morning with this mower that came into the shop with a simple problem: it wouldn’t start! After some troubleshooting, we found the culprit and replaced the ignition coil.

This week was one for the horse trailers! This trailer is headed out on a big trip, so we gave it a thorough once-over to make sure everything is in good shape and ready to hit the road. When you're hauling horses, you don't want to find out there's a problem halfway down the highway!

We also had the John Bennett Stables trailer in the shop to get the lights repaired and ready for their trip to the Brooklyn Fair Horse Show this weekend.

When Brett’s Yard Care and EastCoast Lawncare’s mowers broke down over the weekend, they both knew exactly who to call!

We replaced the wheel hub and rim for Brett’s Yard Care and repaired both hydro gears for EastCoast Lawncare.
