🚨🚨 hey all!
We had a private order fall through and don’t have the freezer space to store the meat so we thought this would be a good opportunity to turn it into something delicious for you at home!!
We’ve got about 20-30lbs of pork that will be brined for 48 hours then thrown on the smoker for another 12-18 hours to soak up that incredible local oak and apple wood flavors
We’re planning on offering it vac sealed by the pound or family-style with some sides if you’re looking to feed a small group.
