How are you celebrating this weekend?

This Rhubarb Frose is a great way to stay cool while celebrating America's 250th.

Rhubarb Frosé

*1 bottle Putney Mountain *Rhubarb Blush wine
*2 cups strawberries

*2 ice cube trays
*Blender
*Wine glasses
*Mint leaves

*Fill both ice cube trays with Rhubarb Blush wine and freeze until solid.
*Simultaneously, cut the tops off of strawberries, slice them in half and freeze.
*When both the wine and berries are frozen, place them in the blender and blend on high.
*You may need to leave the frozen berries and wine out at room temperature for a few minutes before doing this for the blender to work.
*Serve in wine glasses with mint to garnish.
