Puyallup Valley strawberries are ready 😍 This means that the shelves will be restocked with fresh strawberry rhubarb jam!!! This jam is a fan favorite, including mine! The sweet strawberry balanced nicely with the tart rhubarb makes for a delicious summer jam to have on toast, scones, or a peanut butter and jam sandwich! Jam will be ready by the end of this week, just in time for Father's Day if you're still struggling with a gift!

This post is for my 21+ friends! Jam doesn't have to just go on toast. It can also be used as a sweetener in cocktails! I like to call this drink Gin and Jam! Perfect for using up the last bits of jam in a jar or just making a fun cocktail! To make, combine the gin, jam and ice in a shaker, shake it well and double strain (especially if using a jam with seeds) and pour over ice, topping with your favorite Lemonade! Select jam flavors are half off now, in an effort to make room for new flavors this year! Get yours while supplies last!

1 1/2 ounces gin
1 tablespoon jam of choice (or what's left in a jar)
Lemonade

If anyone knows me, I love supporting small, local businesses. I was ecstatic when a local restaurant reached out to me for an event! Pictured is two of my extra large boards, in addition to a fruit and vegetable platter. This is the first time I've sold a fruit and veggies tray, but won't be the last! I will be adding these to my menu, and just in time for Superbowl weekend! If you're hosting a party next weekend and needing some appetizers, you can't go wrong with one of these boards! I am getting ready for canning this year and I have an exciting announcement about my jam! Every year I've had new flavors, as well as a few staples. While each year seems to be a different trend, I thought I'd keep things interesting and have four flavors that won't go away, as well as two seasonal flavors! I'm still working on this year's seasonal favorites but you can look forward to the following flavors every year!

Raspberry
Strawberry Rhubarb
Seedless Blackberry Jelly
Pepper Jelly

If anyone is ever interested in placing a jam order with a flavor that isn't on my menu, I'd be happy to take custom orders, with a minimum purchase of five half pints. Please reach out for more information!

Hellooo friends!! It's been a minute since I've posted but all is well on my end! I took some time this year to focus on some personal things, one being my wedding! I am thrilled to be starting a new chapter of my life, but I am so happy to be back! I am taking holiday orders for boards and boxes and have a special holiday offer! A couple years ago I made some holiday cookie boxes and I am doing that again this year, except I have two size options! Small, feeds 1-2 people for $10 or large that feeds 6-8 for $30!
