Been in my head a lot lately with work. Decided it was a good time to break the cycle. I've been looking for a way to incorporate this Lion's Fire Hot Honey with my mushrooms (BTW, IT'S FIRE). Made a Fire Honey glazed Black Pearl and Snow Oyster mushrooms w/ pan fried noodles.

Day 2 set up. It's been a good event so far (made a profit). I'm looking to double up and knock it out of the park today...

We had a great event today! None of it would have been possible without these 2 badass women behind me. 1- my wife for helping me make the grow kits and holding down the fort and 2- my 9 y/o daughter that absolutely blew me away working the floor! She reminds me of me in so many ways! I wouldn't be here without either one of them pushing me!
