We have big news everyone!! Thanks to our recent sponsor Overhead Door of Puget Sound the washington state hot sauce festival at McMillin farm brewhouse is now a FREE EVENT! We have craft hot sauce from around the PNW and also 6 bands playing live throughout the weekend. Come down and join us July 26-27 11am-9pm each day, see you all there!

We are a family run farm and craft beer brewhouse. Our events include night markets, live local music and have food trucks serving the PNW’s best food. Our focus is on sustaining our farmland by embracing agritourism to help perpetuate our vision.

It’s almost here!! Our 5th annual hot sauce festival at McMillin Farm! This year we will be coupling the hot sauce festival with a music festival at the end of each day so it will be even more awesome this year. We have 3 bands performing each night for 3 hours after the festival so stay tuned. Also if you’re a sauce maker DM me for an application for the festival.

Avila Gorilla has a new sauce which is not yet available in stores or online. It can only be purchased at the 4th Annual Washington State Hot Sauce Festival at McMillin Farm, this weekend, while supplies last. This coconut pineapple is a blend of pure ingredients that will make your taste buds explode!
Avila Gorilla is the host of the festival, which started back in 2021 with the intentions of bringing the community together along with craft hot sauce makers from the PNW to showcase their amazing sauce creations.
