People often ask us for recipes of the things we make….
This one is so quick and easy!
Don’t know what to do with that oversized zucchini?
Cut it in half hollow out the seeds and stuff it!
For this one, we use a standard box of stuffing or two… Add Italian sausage that is already cooked a little bit of rosemary and garlic. Mix in your favorite shredded cheese and blend well…
Stuff the zucchini and throw it on your grill at about 350° until cooked

Towards the end, we also top it with shredded cheese

We use our Traeger because we love the flavor. It gives the meal.

You may have noticed we haven’t posted much so far this season and here is why.
Our Dad who I often joked about being our immigrant farm hand or maintenance guy was diagnosed with an illness early summer. In the early evening of August 5th, Dad passed away with mom at his side after a brave battle with his disease.
I have spent most of my summer in Maine with mom and dad while Kim, Kat and Amanda held down the farm and made trips north when they could.
When he was here, dad was always doing something, whether it was a project or hanging out down by the barn with the animals or driving the John Deere around the yard.
We will miss his help, knowledge and just plain goofiness a side many didn’t get to see…
We love you Dad, until we meet again.

Thank you Kim, Kat, Amanda and our good friend Rob for holding down the farm to allow me to spend so much time with Dad before he passed.
Thank you to all of our other friends and family members who offered to help also.
