🥖 A Little Bread Update from Mercatino

If there’s one thing we pride ourselves on, it’s quality and consistency — and recently, we weren’t getting the consistency we expect from our bread.

Because of that, we’ve made the decision to switch to a new New York bread company that better meets our standards.

We are still using New York bread, but our new bakery produces one standard roll size, so you may notice that your sandwich roll looks just a little different than what you’re used to.

What isn’t changing? The quality ingredients, generous fillings and care that goes into every sandwich we make. ❤️

We know our regulars notice the little things, so we wanted to be transparent about the change.
