With fiber mill processing time out over a year now. It was like Christmas seeing what we gave to Belle Alto Farms & Fiber Mill back in April 2025. Just gorgeous and so super soft. A very happy shepherd here!! Update: This was a small sample batch so we do not have enough to sell yet. Not all mills can process cormo/fine fibers. So happy you like it. Thank you for feedback!

Back home from the festival and it's finally laundry day on the farm. After coats dry we sort and figure out what needs repair and with lambs on the way, what we will need in the fall when we coat them again. Yep, we don't coat all year long, just when we start feeding hay again. The summer rain helps rinse dirt from fleeces, plus I just love seeing all their colors in the fields.

Dropped fleeces off at Maryland Sheep & Wool this morning. Off to a flee market near camp ground but had to stop at this ice cream shop for a rueben and a milkshake. Volunteering at the Merch tent tomorrow.

2025 Winning Fleeces & feedback we were blessed to receive because someone was looking for us after they bought one of our fleeces from the show. It was amazing, since hundreds of people post and we just happened to find it. Big Thanks to Jordan Alexander.
